Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Enchanted Forest™ is a deep, mystical teal-green with lush forest depth. On pre-lightened hair it reveals a rich jewel-toned emerald-teal; on deeper blondes it becomes a darker, moody green. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Ideal for dark fantasy looks, emerald gradients, and bold jewel-tone transformations.

How to Use

Pre-lighten hair to achieve full vibrancy. Avoid use around the eyes.

Suggested lift level: 7–10 depending on depth desired.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo; do not condition.

2. Dry hair completely.

3. Apply colour evenly.

4. Comb through to ensure saturation.

5. Cover with a plastic cap.

6. Apply gentle heat.

7. Process 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse and style.
