Manic Panic Classic High Voltage 118ml - Mermaid™

Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Mermaid™ is a soft, seafoam green semi-permanent colour inspired by aquatic tones. On pre-lightened hair it appears as a gentle turquoise-green; on deeper blondes it becomes a muted oceanic shade. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Ideal for mermaid blends, ocean-inspired looks, and creative colour melts.

How to Use

Pre-lighten for accurate seafoam tones. Do not use on brows or lashes.

Recommended lift: level 9–10.

1. Clarify hair thoroughly.

2. Do not condition.

3. Dry completely.

4. Apply evenly.

5. Comb through thoroughly.

6. Cover with plastic cap.

7. Apply heat.

8. Leave 30–45 minutes; rinse.
