Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Raven™ is a deep black semi-permanent colour that delivers a bold, glossy raven finish. On pre-lightened or naturally dark bases, it creates a rich, inky-black sheen. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Perfect for deep black transformations, gothic looks, and solid dark colour.

How to Use

Suitable for both natural and pre-lightened hair. Avoid contact with eyes.

For a cooler tone, pre-lighten slightly; for deepest black, apply directly to darker bases.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo.

2. Skip conditioner.

3. Dry hair fully.

4. Apply colour evenly from roots to ends.

5. Comb through thoroughly.

6. Cover hair with a cap.

7. Apply gentle heat.

8. Leave 30–45 minutes, rinse, style.
