Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Red Passion™ is a bold, vibrant ruby-red semi-permanent colour with warm undertones. On pre-lightened hair it produces a fiery, vivid red; on deeper blondes it becomes a rich cherry-crimson. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Ideal for dramatic red transformations, streaks, melts, and colour blocking.

How to Use

Lighten hair for maximum vibrancy. Avoid applying near eyes.

Recommended lift: level 8–10.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo; do not condition.

2. Dry completely.

3. Apply evenly through hair.

4. Comb through to saturate.

5. Cover with cap.

6. Apply heat to intensify penetration.

7. Leave 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse well; style.
