Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Shocking™ Blue is a dramatic, deep blue semi-permanent colour with a bold sapphire finish. On pre-lightened hair it appears as a rich jewel-tone blue; on deeper blondes it reveals a dark, moody navy. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Excellent for dramatic blues, cool-tone melts, and alternative fashion colour.

How to Use

Pre-lighten for the brightest blue results. Avoid contact with eyes.

Lift to level 9–10 for strongest payoff.

1. Clarify hair; do not condition.

2. Blow dry completely.

3. Apply colour evenly from roots to ends.

4. Comb through thoroughly.

5. Cover with plastic cap.

6. Apply gentle heat.

7. Leave 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse well and style.
