Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Siren's Song™ is a soft, aquatic teal semi-permanent colour with dreamy sea-siren vibrancy. On pre-lightened hair it becomes a bright, tropical turquoise-teal; on deeper blondes it appears as a muted ocean green. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Perfect for mermaid blends, beachy colour melts, and aquatic fantasy looks.

How to Use

For truest teal, lighten hair to a pale blonde before colouring.

Recommended lift level: 9–10.

1. Wash hair with a clarifying shampoo; do not condition.

2. Dry hair thoroughly.

3. Apply colour evenly throughout.

4. Comb through for full saturation.

5. Cover with a plastic cap.

6. Apply gentle heat.

7. Process 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse thoroughly; dry and style.
