Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Virgin Snow™ is a violet-toned semi-permanent toner designed to neutralise yellow undertones and create a cool, icy platinum finish. On level 10 blonde hair it transforms brassiness into soft, snowy white. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Perfect for platinum maintenance, pre-pastel toning, or icy-blonde transformations.

How to Use

Requires a very pale, even blonde for proper toning. Avoid brows and lashes.

Best results on level 10 platinum.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo.

2. Do not condition.

3. Dry hair completely.

4. Apply toner evenly.

5. Comb through for saturation.

6. Cover hair with cap.

7. Use gentle heat.

8. Process 30–45 minutes, rinse, style.
