Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Voodoo™ Blue is a deep teal-blue semi-permanent colour with rich, mystical depth. On pre-lightened hair it becomes a bold cool teal; on deeper bases it shows as a dark blue-green fusion. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Ideal for deep aquatic tones, alternative blues, and dramatic colour blends.

How to Use

Lighten hair to achieve full vibrancy.

Recommended lift: level 8–10.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo; avoid conditioner.

2. Dry completely.

3. Apply colour evenly.

4. Comb through for saturation.

5. Cover with a plastic cap.

6. Apply heat.

7. Leave for 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse and style.
