How to Use

Pre-lighten hair to a pale blonde for maximum neon payoff. Do not use on eyebrows or eyelashes.

For best results, lighten to level 9 or higher.

1. Wash hair with a deep-cleansing clarifying shampoo. Do not condition.

2. Dry hair completely with a blow dryer.

3. Apply colour evenly throughout the hair.

4. Comb through to ensure full saturation.

5. Cover hair with a plastic cap.

6. Apply gentle heat to boost colour penetration.

7. Leave colour on for 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Style as usual.
