Manic Panic Classic High Voltage 118ml - Atomic™ Turquoise

Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Atomic™ Turquoise is a vivid aqua-blue semi-permanent hair colour that delivers bold tropical vibrancy. On pre-lightened hair it shows as a bright oceanic turquoise; on deeper blondes it gives a softer aqua sheen. The gentle formula is vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free, leaving hair feeling conditioned and glossy.

Atomic™ Turquoise is perfect for full-head colour, mermaid blends, bold panels, and creative mixes with other Manic Panic shades.

How to Use

Hair should be pre-lightened (bleached) to a pale blonde before colouring. When colour is applied to virgin (unprocessed or natural) hair, results will vary depending on hair texture and depth. This product should not be used on eyebrows or eyelashes. If eye contact occurs, rinse immediately with warm water and contact a physician.

We recommend pre-lightening to a level 9 or higher for a true colour tone. Darker or warmer shades work best on hair lifted only to a darker blonde. Level 10 platinum is required for all pastel shades (including Creamtones® and shades pastelised with Pastel-izer®) and all grey shades (Alien Grey, Amethyst Ashes, Blue Steel).

1. Wash hair with a deep-cleansing clarifying shampoo. Do not condition.

2. Dry hair completely with a blow dryer to ensure it becomes extremely porous and free of excess water.

3. Apply Manic Panic Hair Color evenly throughout the hair.

4. Comb through to ensure full saturation; the product may become slightly frothy.

5. Cover hair with a plastic cap.

6. Use a blow dryer to apply heat during part of the processing time to help open the cuticle and improve colour penetration.

7. Leave the colour on for 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse thoroughly, then towel dry and/or blow dry. Style as usual.
