Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Blue Moon is a soft sky-blue semi-permanent colour that creates dreamy, airy pastel tones on a clean blonde base. On darker blondes, it reads as a muted cool blue. The formula is vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free for gentle, glossy results.

Ideal for pastel blue looks, icy blends, and soft fashion colour.

How to Use

Hair should be pre-lightened to a pale blonde. Results vary on virgin hair. Avoid brows and lashes; in case of eye contact, rinse with warm water and seek medical advice.

For a true pastel, lift to level 10 platinum. For a slightly deeper blue, level 9 may suffice.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo; do not condition.

2. Blow dry completely.

3. Apply colour evenly.

4. Comb through for full saturation.

5. Cover with plastic cap.

6. Apply gentle heat during part of processing.

7. Process 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse thoroughly; dry and style.
