Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Blue Panther™ is a deep sapphire semi-permanent blue with luxurious jewel-tone depth. On pre-lightened hair it delivers a rich midnight finish; on darker bases it reads navy. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Perfect for bold blues, colour blocking, and dramatic melts.

How to Use

Pre-lighten hair for vibrant payoff. Avoid using on brows or lashes.

Recommended level: 9–10 for maximum saturation.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo; skip conditioner.

2. Dry thoroughly.

3. Apply evenly from roots to ends.

4. Comb through to ensure saturation.

5. Cover with plastic cap.

6. Apply heat during part of processing.

7. Process 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse well; dry and style.
