Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Cattail™ is a warm, earthy medium brown with a natural golden glow. On pre-lightened hair it delivers a soft, sunlit brunette; on darker bases it adds warmth and shine. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Great for warm brunettes, soft naturals, and caramel blends.

How to Use

Pre-lighten for truest tone and even results. Do not use on brows or lashes.

Suggested level: 7–9 depending on desired depth.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo; skip conditioner.

2. Dry thoroughly.

3. Apply colour evenly.

4. Comb through to saturate.

5. Cover with cap.

6. Apply heat during processing.

7. Process 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse well; dry and style.
