Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Cleo Rose™ is a bold magenta-red with rich berry vibrancy. On pre-lightened hair it blooms into a vivid rose tone; on darker blondes it appears deeper and more raspberry. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Ideal for statement reds, colour melts, and creative fashion colour.

How to Use

For brightest payoff, pre-lighten hair. Avoid sensitive eye areas.

Recommended lift: level 8–10.

1. Clarify; do not condition.

2. Blow dry completely.

3. Apply evenly through hair.

4. Comb through to saturate.

5. Cover with plastic cap.

6. Use gentle heat.

7. Leave 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse thoroughly; dry and style.
