Manic Panic Classic High Voltage 118ml - Cobra™

Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Cobra™ is a neon green semi-permanent colour with venomously bright, UV-reactive intensity. On pre-lightened hair it strikes with luminous lime; on deeper bases it gives a darker toxic green. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Perfect for festival neons, striking panels, and bold creative colour.

How to Use

Pre-lighten to a pale blonde for maximum neon payoff. Avoid brows and lashes.

Best results: level 9–10.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo; do not condition.

2. Dry hair completely.

3. Apply colour evenly.

4. Comb through thoroughly.

5. Cover with cap.

6. Add gentle heat.

7. Process 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse well; dry and style.
