Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Cotton Candy™ Pink is a soft, pastel baby-pink semi-permanent colour with playful sweetness. On a pale blonde base it appears as a delicate cotton-candy pastel; on slightly darker blondes it creates a muted pink glow. The formula is vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free, leaving hair feeling soft and conditioned.

Ideal for pastel blends, soft fantasy looks, and subtle pink transformations.

How to Use

Pastels require a very light, even blonde for accurate results. Do not apply to brows or lashes.

Lift hair to level 10 platinum for the truest pastel pink.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo. Do not condition.

2. Dry hair thoroughly.

3. Apply colour evenly through hair.

4. Comb through for full saturation.

5. Cover with plastic cap.

6. Apply gentle heat.

7. Process for 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse thoroughly; dry and style.
