Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Divine Wine is a rich burgundy-red semi-permanent colour with velvety depth. On pre-lightened hair it blooms into a dark berry-red wine tone; on deeper blondes it appears as a deep plum-red. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Perfect for deep reds, berry hues, and bold alternative fashion looks.

How to Use

Lighten hair to achieve full vibrancy. Avoid using on eyebrows or eyelashes.

Suggested lift level: 8–10.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo.

2. Do not condition.

3. Dry completely.

4. Apply colour evenly.

5. Comb through thoroughly.

6. Cover hair with a plastic cap.

7. Apply heat to enhance penetration.

8. Process for 30–45 minutes, rinse, dry, style.
