Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Electric Lizard™ is a vivid neon green semi-permanent colour with intense, UV-reactive brightness. On pre-lightened hair, it glows as a high-impact lime green. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Great for neon looks, highlighter streaks, and festival colour.

How to Use

Lighten hair for strongest brightness. Avoid eye contact.

Recommended lift level: 9–10.

1. Clarify; do not condition.

2. Dry thoroughly.

3. Apply evenly through hair.

4. Comb through.

5. Cover with plastic cap.

6. Apply heat.

7. Process for 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse hair, dry, style.
