Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Hot Hot™ Pink is a vibrant, high-energy fuchsia semi-permanent colour with intense brightness. On pre-lightened hair it produces a bold, glowing pink; on deeper bases it gives a warm magenta tone. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Great for bright pink transformations, bold streaks, and colour blocking.

How to Use

Lighten hair to a pale blonde for brightest results.

Recommended level: 9 or higher.

1. Wash using clarifying shampoo; do not condition.

2. Dry hair fully.

3. Apply colour evenly through hair.

4. Comb through for saturation.

5. Cover with plastic cap.

6. Use heat for part of processing.

7. Leave 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse well and style.
