Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Infra™ Red is a deep, rich ruby-red semi-permanent colour with dramatic intensity. On pre-lightened hair it creates a bold, dark red finish; on deeper bases it becomes a warm crimson tone. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Ideal for deep reds, gothic tones, and alternative hair colour.

How to Use

For strongest payoff, pre-lighten the hair. Avoid brows and lashes.

Suggested lift: level 7–10.

1. Clarify hair thoroughly.

2. Do not condition.

3. Dry fully.

4. Apply evenly from roots to ends.

5. Comb through.

6. Cover with cap.

7. Add gentle heat.

8. Process 30–45 minutes; rinse well.
