Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Psychedelic Sunset™ is a vivid, neon orange semi-permanent colour with intense warm luminosity. On pre-lightened hair it appears as a blazing citrus-bright orange; on deeper blondes it becomes a warm tangerine shade. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

Great for fiery blends, festival looks, and bold alternative fashion shades.

How to Use

Lighten hair to achieve the boldest orange tone. Avoid use on eyebrows or eyelashes.

Best results: level 9–10.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo; skip conditioner.

2. Dry completely.

3. Apply colour evenly through hair.

4. Comb through for saturation.

5. Cover with plastic cap.

6. Apply heat.

7. Leave for 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse thoroughly; dry and style.
