How to Use

Lighten hair to achieve truest royal blue tone.

Best lift level: 9–10.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo; skip conditioner.

2. Dry hair thoroughly.

3. Apply evenly throughout.

4. Comb through for full saturation.

5. Cover with cap.

6. Apply heat to aid penetration.

7. Leave 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse, dry, style.
