Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Ultra™ Violet is a bold, electric purple semi-permanent colour with intense cool-violet brightness. On pre-lightened hair it reveals a vibrant ultraviolet tone; on deeper blondes it becomes a darker, richer purple. Vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free.

How to Use

Lighten hair for the most accurate bright violet tone.

Lift level: 9–10.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo; skip conditioner.

2. Dry thoroughly.

3. Apply evenly from roots to ends.

4. Comb through for saturation.

5. Cover with plastic cap.

6. Apply heat.

7. Leave for 30–45 minutes.

8. Rinse and style.
